Position: Executive Steward
About: Four Seasons at The Surf Club in Miami Beach is seeking an Executive Steward to oversee all aspects of the Stewarding Department, ensuring proper usage of equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food and beverage management and knowledge of kitchen and floor cleaning equipment.
Requirements: Degree in Hospitality Management preferred; 1-2 years of experience as Food & Beverage Manager; Knowledge of kitchen and floor cleaning equipment; Management experience in banquets, restaurants, or kitchens; Assistant Executive Steward experience is a plus
