Position: Executive, Sports Partnership Sales
About: KLUTCH Sports Group is seeking an Executive, Sports Partnership Sales to lead sponsorship and brand partnership efforts across the sports industry. The company offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for career growth and exposure to high-profile sponsorship deals. The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $250,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in sports partnership sales or sponsorships; Established network of brand executives, rights holders, and CROs within the sports industry; A proven ability to source, negotiate, and close multi-million-dollar sponsorship deals; Strong understanding of sports marketing, sponsorship valuation, and partnership strategy; Exceptional relationship management skills, with experience managing both clients and internal teams; Expertise in pitching, proposal development, and contract negotiations; Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple high-profile deals; Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Google Docs, etc.) to track sales pipelines and deal flow; Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
