Position: Executive Sous Chef| XL Center

About: Oak View Group is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee the direction of the kitchen’s daily activities, ensuring guest satisfaction, profitability, and a positive work environment. This role involves assisting the Executive Chef in kitchen operations, event planning support, and maintaining food and labor cost controls.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant or events venue; technical proficiency in food preparation methods; ability to interact positively with diverse personalities; experience in staff training and development; detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends; knowledge of computer software; current Food Handlers card and alcohol service permit; certification in a nationally recognized sanitation program
