Position: Executive Sous Chef -Cleveland Browns Stadium – Premium Services
About: Aramark, a global company serving millions of guests daily through food and facilities in 15 countries, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support the Cleveland Browns Stadium. The Executive Sous Chef plays a crucial role in assisting chef managers and hourly culinary staff, ensuring high production, presentation, and service standards are met.
Requirements: Culinary degree or equivalent; 4+ years of culinary experience in a management role; previous experience in high-volume special events culinary operations preferred; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; strong multitasking, organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.; availability to work event-based hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
