Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary Degree preferred; 3+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role; Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively; Attention to detail and organizational skills; Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards; Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs; Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
