About: M&T Bank Stadium is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead the culinary operations on the premium end of the stadium, overseeing menu development, safety, food standards, and special catering events.
Requirements: Prior high volume culinary experience; Culinary degree; 3+ years of culinary management experience; People Management Experience; Hands-on Food & Beverage Management experience
