Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of management experience; fast-paced, fine dining experience highly preferred; strong communication skills in English required, conversational Spanish highly preferred; familiarity with inventory and costing software programs; understanding of DC health department codes and regulations; availability for weekends, nights, and holidays; proven track record of developing strong BOH teams
