About: Frank & Jack’s is the first restaurant concept opened by High Tide Provisions LLC, seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join the opening team and bring their culinary vision to life.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years in high volume kitchens; 2 years in Sous Chef role; Experience in restaurant openings a plus; Demonstrated competency in leadership and shift management; Skilled in written and verbal communication, as well as kitchen math; Embraces teamwork and collaboration; Appreciates the importance of staff education; Thrives in a fast-paced setting and embraces a flexible working schedule; Demonstrates proven results in food budgeting and cost optimization; Has an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives on the next mission to grow the company
