Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-volume kitchen; 5+ years of experience in a culinary management role, with at least 2-3 years as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory position; Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, food safety regulations, and staff management; Experience in a leadership role in a high-volume environment with the ability to handle the pressures of peak service times
