Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: As the Executive Sous Chef at M&T Bank Stadium, you will lead the culinary operations at this site, overseeing kitchen personnel, food procurement, premium menu development, safety standards, and event catering. You will also be responsible for equipment maintenance, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.
Requirements: Prior high volume culinary experience; Culinary degree; 3+ years of culinary management experience; People Management Experience; Hands-on Food & Beverage Management experience
