Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: A multi-unit Mexican restaurant group headquartered in Houston, Texas, is seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Chef to lead their culinary direction. The ideal candidate should have a deep mastery of authentic Mexican cuisine and the ability to deliver a contemporary dining experience that resonates with an international clientele.

Requirements: Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field from a recognized institution; a minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience as an Executive Chef in luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants specializing in authentic Mexican cuisine; expertise in managing multi-unit culinary operations; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred; legal authorization to work in the United States; availability for international travel, especially to Mexico; exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; passion for Mexican gastronomy and commitment to innovation.
