Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail; advanced knowledge of financial aspects of business operations; ability to handle stressful situations and last-minute requests; qualities of leadership, motivation, and excellence in coaching
