Position: Executive Search Consultant

Requirements: 10+ years of specific experience in Executive Search, Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition including client and candidate management; 5+ years of retained executive search experience; Strong business development and client relationship experience; Initiative, energy, intelligence, creativity, and a desire for building a business; Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow; Values collaboration and continuous improvement; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Listening skills and emotional intelligence
