Position: Executive Pastry Chef

About: The Downtown Athletic Club (DAC) is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry department in baking and preparing quality pastry items for all Club food outlets, including restaurants, banquets, and special events. The ideal candidate will ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and member/guest satisfaction while upholding DAC’s unique culture of goodwill and hospitality.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proficient levels of pastry and baking skills; experience in a similar role preferred; strong communication and leadership abilities; ability to plan and prepare dessert menus; knowledge of operational and financial aspects of pastry departments
