Requirements: Formal culinary training, with a focus on patisserie or baking; A minimum of 5-7 years in management within high-end establishments; Demonstrated ability to craft unique and appealing desserts using traditional and modern techniques; Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and inventory management; Up-to-date knowledge of food safety protocols, HACCP standards, and sanitation practices; Ability to communicate effectively with team members, senior leadership, and vendors
