Requirements: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, with at least one in nursing; active RN license; minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience, particularly in nursing excellence structures and processes; expertise in nursing excellence, shared governance, and relevant recognition programs; proven track record in achieving high levels of nursing quality, patient, and RN satisfaction
