The Executive Liaison role at Four Seasons involves supporting the General Manager and Hotel Manager in executive duties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and coordinating guest-centric activities across various hotel departments.
Requirements: College diploma in hotel management, administration, or related field; 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position or Guest Relations Manager; strong administrative background in a luxury hotel setting; excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills; ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively; high level of professionalism and integrity; detail-oriented and organized; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and hospitality systems; bilingual in Spanish preferred
