Position: Executive Housekeeper – Regent Santa Monica Beach
About: Regent Santa Monica Beach is a luxurious resort located in Santa Monica overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The resort offers 167 opulent guest rooms and suites, featuring spa-like bathrooms, distinctive Regent hallmarks, and four dining destinations. It also houses a Guerlain Wellness spa, outdoor pool, boutique, and fitness center, embodying timeless elegance and modern luxury.
Requirements: Proven experience in a leadership role in a housekeeping department, within a luxury hotel preferable; Experience in an upscale hospitality union environment is a plus; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field, preferred; Strong knowledge of laundry and housekeeping operations, including cleaning techniques, equipment, and industry best practices; Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively; Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to the highest cleanliness and guest service standards; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building positive relationships with staff, guests, and other hotel departments; Proficiency in laundry management software and equipment; Proficiency in hotel property management systems and related software; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Familiarity with sustainability practices and initiatives within the hospitality industry
