Position: Executive Housekeeper
About: A spectacular resort property in Southwestern Oregon that is a year-round destination attracting guests from around the country. The Executive Housekeeper will lead the housekeeping department to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. The resort has a strong ownership that prioritizes the well-being of its team members.
Requirements: 3+ years of hotel/resort housekeeping leadership experience; Experience in a hotel/resort property of at least 150 rooms; Sound leadership ability of a team of at least 50 associates; Excellence in management and control of costs/budget; High-level hospitality mindset
Benefits: base salary $90,000 – $115,000 plus 15% bonus, full benefits, 401k, relocation assistance
