Position: Executive Housekeeper
About: Hyatt Place Orlando Lake Buena Vista is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the Housekeeping Department, including rooms, front and back of house, public areas, and laundry operations. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to hotel brand cleanliness standards and exceptional guest satisfaction, while supervising and coordinating housekeeping and laundry personnel effectively.
Requirements: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn; Experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field; Supervisory experience required; Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations; Must be effective in problem-solving and conflict resolution; Must have basic arithmetic skills; Proficient in Windows operating systems and company-approved software; Ability to communicate clearly and serve all guests; Must be 18 years of age or older
