Position: Executive Host
About: The Executive Host position at Wind Creek Chicago Southland involves building and maintaining relationships with targeted gaming customers to drive property visits and revenue. The role focuses on offering personalized services, extending complementaries, and promoting property amenities, special events, and promotions.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment; Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older; Three (3) years’ experience as a successful Casino Host or Executive Host– required; OR five (5) years’ experience in a Casino Marketing Supervisory or Management position– required; Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills– required; Previous experience making sound business decisions using detailed player statistics– required; Successful previous experience dealing with difficult customers; Must be able to resolve customer issues/complaints in a rational manner; Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition; Must work very flexible hours including week-ends and holidays; Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire shift; Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays; Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required; Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
