Position: Executive Events Manager – Mandalay Bay
About: The Mandalay Bay, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Meetings Event Manager to join their dynamic team in Las Vegas. This role offers the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for convention attendees and be a part of a fast-paced and exciting environment in the heart of the entertainment capital.
Requirements: Three (3) years of experience in Hospitality, Event Planning, Food and Beverage, and/or Hotel Operations; high school diploma, GED or educational equivalent, Bachelor’s preferred; ability to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays; proficiency in fundamental mathematical skills; knowledgeable of Front Desk and/or Convention Reservations procedures; experience with Microsoft Suite, Opera, Amadaus, and Delphi; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
