Position: Executive Director, Venue Event Programming and Sales

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field; minimum of 10 years experience in event sales managing large-scale, ticketed events and venue rentals; proven track record in negotiating contracts and economic models with third-party promoters and corporate clients; strong understanding of event lifecycle and exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills; ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and lead teams effectively; analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive
