Position: Executive Director
About: The Delaney at The Green, located in Florham Park, NJ, is in search of an experienced Executive Director. The Executive Director plays a key leadership role in executing the community’s strategic plan, including implementing LCS Signature Programs. With a focus on a sales-first culture, the Executive Director is expected to lead all sales and occupancy growth initiatives. Requirements: High-level requirements for this role include a BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or a related field; a minimum of five years of leadership experience in the senior living industry; CALA (certified assisted living administrator) certification for New Jersey; financial management background with expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis; effective communication with various stakeholders, including residents, ownership groups, and government agencies.
