Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, health care, gerontology, hotel/restaurant management, or a related field; Masters degree highly preferred; Minimum of seven (7) years executive director or administrator experience in a retirement community OR Minimum of ten (10) years executive director or administrator experience in long-term care senior living OR Minimum of ten (10) years progressive leadership in the hospitality industry; Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage operations effectively
