About: The Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square is seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the daily kitchen operations at the hotel. This role requires someone with strong culinary talents who can lead a team to ensure high-quality food preparation in various kitchen areas, maintaining excellent standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
