Position: Executive Chef Manager
About: Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a Food Production & Purchasing Manager to oversee all production activities of Nutrition Services, including ordering, receiving, storing, and serving food products, menu planning, staff development, and budget management. The role requires thorough knowledge of dining experiences, catering functions, and effective merchandising to maximize customer satisfaction and uphold quality standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or graduate degree in management or culinary degree; Five to seven years managerial experience in food production in the hospitality industry; Organizational analytical skills necessary to manage food production and service, develop policies/procedures, and resolve production-related issues; Effective interpersonal skills for interactions with various stakeholders; Ability to meet physical requirements such as standing, talking, and typing, with lifting as needed
