Position: Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager
About: Rocket City is a high-volume full-service restaurant in need of an Executive Kitchen Manager/Chef to ensure flawless execution and exceed guest expectations at all times. This position involves providing direction, coaching, training, and development for team members, maintaining food quality, service standards, safety, and sanitation.
Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); some college preferred; minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience; exceptional leadership and motivational skills required; ability to attract, train, develop, and retain top team members in the industry; strong guest service focus with a focus on financial goals for the restaurant
