Position: Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager
About: Rocket City is a high-volume full-service restaurant in need of an Executive Kitchen Manager/Chef to ensure flawless execution of every detail and exceed guest expectations. The role involves providing direction, coaching, and training for team members, maintaining food quality, and ensuring adherence to standards and procedures. The Kitchen Manager will also work on financial performance, inventory and cost controls, and fostering community involvement.
Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); some college preferred; minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience; exceptional leadership and motivational skills required; ability to attract, train, develop, and retain top Team Members; strong guest service focus; ability to define, measure, and attain financial goals for the restaurant
