Position: Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager

Requirements: 3+ years of culinary management experience with expertise in managing and writing prep lists; experience in managing inventory, cost of goods, and financial control; hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; proven track record in team management and leadership development; adept at training facilitation and execution; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to stand, walk, lift objects up to 30 lbs, and work in varying temperatures for extended periods
