Requirements: 3+ years of culinary management experience; experience managing inventory, cost of goods, and financials; experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; experience in team management and training; strong communication and organizational skills; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying temperatures
