Position: Executive Chef job
About: This job is for a seasoned chef with a background in cooking over live fire, fine dining (experience in a MICHELIN STAR operation/property is a bonus), and the ability to manage Food & Labor Costs. The role involves running an efficient kitchen by consistently looking for creative ways to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with the Corporate Chef and Restaurant Company Owner. Relocation assistance is provided for this position.
Requirements: Experience cooking over live fire; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts (optional); 3+ years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in fine dining/Michelin operations; Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs; Experience working within budget constraints
