Position: Executive Chef job
About: Aramark Healthcare is seeking candidates for an Executive Chef position at BROWNHealth (Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital) in Providence, RI. This is a management position responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. The role involves overseeing and managing culinary operations, applying culinary techniques to food preparation, and supporting production for Retail and Catering Operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Culinary Arts degree desired; Minimum of 5 years of culinary management experience; Strong leadership skills and advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; Experience supporting high volume retail cafes within healthcare, collegiate hospitality, or corporate dining setting preferred; SERV Safe certification and/or HACCP knowledge required; Experience managing a union workforce is a plus; This client location requires all individuals working on-site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the start date as well as (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu) vaccinations.
