Position: Executive Chef job
About: Hyatt Regency Cleveland, a renowned hotel in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain the highest culinary standards. As a member of the hotel Executive Committee, the Executive Chef will report directly to the hotel General Manager and play a pivotal role in menu planning, food preparation, and staff training, ensuring efficient and profitable food service in alignment with Hyatt’s reputation for excellence and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds; 6 years or more of progressive hotel Culinary experience; Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred; Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills; At least 4 years experience in a senior role in a culinary environment; Proven leadership skills; Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
