Position: Executive Chef job
About: Rainforest Cafe is seeking an experienced Culinary Manager, with at least 5 years of Culinary Management experience, including 2 years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume dining establishment, to oversee back-of-house operations and ensure quality and efficiency. The role involves managing staff, controlling inventory and costs, and maintaining a sanitary work environment in adherence to OSHA regulations.
Requirements: At least 5 years of Culinary Management experience; at least 2 years as an Executive Chef in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment; strong knowledge of back-of-house operations; excellent staff supervision, inventory control, and cost management skills; effective communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities; stable work history with a strong work ethic
