Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Park is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the efficient management of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational goals set by the company. This role involves managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and food quality within the park environment.
Requirements: Associate’s degree or vocational/technical school with an emphasis in Culinary Arts/Food & Beverage preferred; ServSafe manager and ServSafe alcohol certifications preferred; 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef preferred; 5+ years of leadership/management experience overseeing a large group; completion of required department certifications; proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, recipe costing and writing; ability to work independently and adapt to varying work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
