Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Executive Chef position at the park involves managing all food and beverage outlets to uphold KBF and Six Flags goals of quality. The annual salary for this role ranges from $103,200 to $137,600 based on experience.
Requirements: Associate’s degree or vocational/technical school with an emphasis in Culinary Arts/Food & Beverage preferred; ServSafe manager and ServSafe alcohol certifications preferred; 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef preferred; 5+ years of prior leadership/management experience overseeing a large group; ability to complete required department certifications; proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
