Position: Executive Chef job

About: The Executive Chef position at a park location, collaborating closely with the VP and/or Director of Food & Beverage to uphold KBF and Six Flags’ quality standards. Responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, supervising staff, managing special events, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality food production within the parks.

Requirements: Associate’s degree or vocational/technical school education with emphasis in Culinary Arts/Food & Beverage preferred; ServSafe manager and ServSafe alcohol certifications preferred; 8-10 years of Executive Chef experience; 5+ years of leadership/management experience; ability to complete required department certifications; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, recipe costing and writing; ability to work independently; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
