Position: Executive Chef job
About: Adventure Aquarium, located on the Camden, New Jersey Waterfront, boasts over 15,000 aquatic animals, including the largest collection of sharks in the Northeast. The aquarium also houses Genny and Button, its two Nile hippos. With a large café, a coffee shop, sweet treats stand, and a beer garden, Adventure Aquarium offers a unique venue for events such as weddings, holiday parties, and more.
Requirements: Requires at least 4 years of culinary experience; at least 2 years in a management role preferred; culinary degree or equivalent experience required; ability to multi-task; advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices; strong communication skills
