Requirements: 3+ years of Executive Chef experience; Excellent leadership and operations skills; Extensive experience in managing kitchen teams, food & labor costs, and overseeing high volume restaurant operations (including banquets); Strong kitchen management skills with a detailed understanding of Back of House operating procedures; Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire team members to meet and exceed standards; Proven project management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills; Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment; Demonstrated success with exceeding financial, customer, and employee engagement/retention goals
