About: Canlis, a 75-year-old hospitality icon and one of the world’s most respected restaurants, is currently accepting applications for their Executive Chef position. Founded in 1950, Canlis will be hiring their 8th-ever head chef this spring. The ideal candidate should have extensive leadership experience, excel in emotional maturity, and have a strong desire to contribute to a more sustainable restaurant industry.
