Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Executive Chef for this upscale hotel will oversee all culinary operations, including a wood-fired grill restaurant, a rooftop bar/restaurant, and a small banquet operation. We are looking for a well-rounded leader with expertise in menu development, kitchen management, food cost control, and team leadership, ideally experienced in high-volume, quality-driven environments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in menu development, kitchen management, food cost control, and team leadership preferred
