Position: Executive Chef job
About: This role is for an Executive Chef to operate an upscale, independent fine dining restaurant with a high-end bar and wine program. The restaurant focuses on fresh ingredients, steaks, and seafood, offering dynamic seasonal menus, multi-course tasting menus, and featured items. The Executive Chef will lead kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation, and overall performance.
Requirements: A culinary arts bachelor’s degree (preferred); 5 years of restaurant experience including 2+ years in management (preferred); experience in new restaurant openings (preferred)
