About: An upscale, independent restaurant in Hattiesburg/Oak Grove MS is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team. The restaurant features a menu focusing on fresh ingredients, steaks, and seafood with dynamic seasonal menus and multi-course tasting options. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, staff training, menu development, and maintain high kitchen standards to ensure excellence in dining experience for guests.
Requirements: A culinary arts bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years of restaurant experience including 2+ years in management preferred; experience in new restaurant openings preferred
