Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Executive Chef position is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage outlets in collaboration with the VP and/or Director of Food and Beverage within the park(s). The role focuses on managing kitchen operations, supervising cooks, organizing special events, and ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Requirements: Associate’s degree or vocational/technical school certification in Culinary Arts or Food and Beverage; ServSafe manager and ServSafe alcohol certifications preferred; 8-10 years of Executive Chef experience; 5+ years of leadership/management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to work independently; willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
