Position: Executive Chef job
About: Dream Nashville is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to oversee the entire food service operations throughout the property, promoting interactive leadership for the culinary departments. The role involves managing spending, waste, labor, inventory, and financial aspects of the culinary operation while ensuring health, safety, and food safety standards are maintained in line with company policy.
Requirements: College degree preferred; minimum 4 years’ experience as Executive Sous Chef or Chef; effective and clear communicator; expert skills in planning, designing, and preparing meals; proficiency in using Microsoft Suite for inventory and recipe records; excellent time management and organizational skills; proven leadership and creative abilities in the kitchen; expert problem solver; top-notch customer service skills; high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years; passion for mentoring and developing others; solid track record in achieving financial results; extremely guest-oriented with honesty and integrity
