About: City Winery, a unique facility combining a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events, and fine dining, is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee culinary strategies and daily operations. The establishment delivers a high-end culinary and cultural experience to customers passionate about wine, music, and culinary arts.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in kitchen leadership or similar role; AOS Culinary School Graduate or related training is a plus; Knowledge of health regulations, OSHA, and industry trends; Strong multitasking and decision-making skills; Financial acumen and budget management abilities; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proficient in computer and technological skills; Servsafe food handler’s certificate; Ability to meet physical requirements of the position; Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
