About: High-Volume Catering Company located in Columbus, OH seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead and grow their business.
Requirements: 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef and a total of 10 years of progressive Culinary Experience; Multi-Concept experience preferred over Multi-unit experience; Committed to team growth and development; Experience managing a minimum of $8M in annual revenue; Strong adherence to timelines; Passion for food and people; Strong business acumen with accountability for COGS and Labor Metrics; Ability to develop, coach, and mentor the team for individual growth
