About: JF Restaurants is seeking a visionary Executive Chef with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for leading high-performing teams. This role is an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple food & beverage outlets within the prestigious Wall Street Hotel, driving both creative excellence and operational success. As an integral part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for menu innovation, team mentorship, and financial performance, ensuring a world-class culinary experience across all hotel outlets. We are looking for a chef who thrives in a fine dining, high-volume environment, with a strong grasp of seasonal menu planning, cost control, and operational systems.
Requirements: 4+ years of kitchen leadership experience in high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality; Proven ability to manage food & labor costs, streamline operations, and drive profitability; Strong mentorship skills with a passion for training and team development; Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities; A collaborative and adaptable approach to leadership
