Position: Executive Chef job
About: Lake Charles Memorial Health, located in Lake Charles, LA, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, innovation, and high standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with registered dietitians and healthcare professionals to create menus that meet specific dietary needs and promote sustainable practices.
Requirements: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited culinary program plus 5+ years experience as a sous or executive chef in fine dining, hotels/resorts, country clubs, or healthcare/senior living; Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms; Passion for food, desire to grow, and strong work ethic supporting both; Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities
