Requirements: 3 years experience as an Executive Chef and a total of 10 years of progressive Culinary Experience; Multi-Concept experience preferred; Committed to team growth and development; Ability to handle a hands-on role; Management experience in a minimum $8M annual revenue setting; Adherence to timelines; Passion for food and people; Strong business acumen with accountability to COGS and Labor Metrics; Ability to develop, coach, and mentor team members for ongoing individual growth
